CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Any claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by notifying wholesale@marcnelsondenim.com. Claims must be supported with photos of product, tracking number and outer carton. Any other damaged or mis-shipped items, a return authorization is required and must appear on the related correspondence. All returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and be in 100% resaleable condition for credit. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for items received in poor conditions and or received beyond the 30-day return window. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid by the customer.
