Terms of service

NEW CUSTOMERS

We require all new customers to complete a customer profile form to be kept on file. This should also include a copy of your resale certificate. The initial minimum order is $2,500 with prepaid terms. Check, Mastercard, Visa and American Express as a form of payment.

 

ORDERING

Initial minimum order with Marc Nelson is $2,500.00 with reorder minimum of $750.00. All items that require a minimum piece quantity are noted and must be ordered in multiples of the minimum. Backorders will remain open and will be shipped once they become available. You may email your order to sales@marcnelsondenim.com, email your rep or call Kim Milligan at 865-256-9119.

 

PRICING

All prices are published in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. This catalog and corresponding order form’s pricing supersedes all others. Current prices are effective October 1, 2025.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept checks, ACH and credit cards as a payment method. If using a credit card, a 3% fee will be added to your order, you must provide the billing address that matches the billing address on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. Payments made by check should remit payment to Indigo Kharma Holdings 700 E Depot Ave, Knoxville, TN, 37917. Please make arrangements for payment to arrive by the due date.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

New accounts: Prepaid via check, ACH or credit card.

Established accounts: Net 30 terms are available for accounts in good standing.

A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due invoices. Habitual late payment may result in revocation of terms.
